The director of the film “Bibo Wa Bashir”, Mariam Abu Oaf has agreed with the production company “New Century” to change the film's title to “Abeer Wa Bashir”. “GN4Me.com” quoted the film's star, Menna Shalabi as saying the director informed her the film will be released in 50 theaters during Eid Al-Fitr. The film's titled was suggested to change into “Oudtein Wa Sala”, but Menna announced the final title has been set to “Abeer Wa Bashir” and the posters of the film have been printed out to be distributed in theaters in mid-Ramadan. Menna noted that the decision to change the title is out of respect for the Zamalek Club who consider the title offensive to them. “Bibo Wa Bashir” reportedly refers to the famous match where Al Ahli Club won against Al Zamalek with a score of 6 to 1, with Bibo scoring four goals after crossing over Zamalek defender Bashir Al Tabeai.
