A delegation from Japan Cooperation Center for the Middle East (JCCME) visited Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry headquarters on Monday to discuss joint commercial cooperation between the two bodies. The team also displayed latest studies on pollution and sewage matters in Jeddah prepared by JCCME experts. Yoshitaka Nakamura, JCCME managing director headed the delegation. Toshimitsu Inshigure, Japan's Consul General in Jeddah, was also part of the delegation. The visit shows the mutual interest to encourage joint investments between the two countries conforming with the planned specialized industrial cities in the Kingdom. “The center has contributed successfully in desalination projects in Saudi Arabia and also in solving mud sediments in sewage lake in Jeddah,” said Saleh Al-Turki, President of JCCI. __
