Farsy, Minister of Haj, was briefed, Thursday on the preparations Tawafa establishments have made in order to provide pilgrims with top-class services during the upcoming Haj season. The minister surveyed the operational plans of the Tawafa establishments for this Haj season and the strategy they intend to use to provide additional services to pilgrims. He also discussed any obstacles that might hinder the implementation of these plans. Dr. Al-Farsy visited the Tawafa Establishment of Muslims of Turkey, Europe, America and Australia and was briefed by Tariq Anqawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on the operational plans that the establishment has designed to mobilize its 49 field service groups to serve around 240,000 pilgrims during the 2011 Haj season. Dr. Al-Farsy also went to the Iranian Pilgrims Tawafa Establishment and discussed with Muhammad Ali Bin Hassan Jamal, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the arrangements that have been made and the plans and services that will be provided to Iranian pilgrims this year. He also visited the South-Asia Pilgrims Tawafa Establishment and discussed with Chairman Adnan Katib the establishment's operational plans for the 2011 Haj season. Following these visits, Dr. Al-Farsy expressed his satisfaction with the operational plans and said that they are in line with the Royal directives of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and Second Deputy Premier.
