Saudia Private Aviation has joined the European Union in offering special and insured trips for businessmen and VIPs between European countries, said Wajdi Al-Idrisi, Saudia's Assistant Director General for Royal Flights and Head of the Private Aviation Unit. Al-Idrisi said Saudia Private Aviation has the latest and most luxurious business jets in the world, the Falcon 7X. Saudi Arabia has three out of the four it bought. He said the jet's range exceeds 10 hours and can seat 16 passengers. Saudia also has six Hawker 400XP jets whose range is three hours with six seats. Being a private aviation member, Saudia's jets can use 1,100 airports which all apply international laws for conservation of the environment and noise pollution. Saudia's participation in this part of the market is evidence of its top quality services and safety standards, he added.
