The importance of communication skills can never be disregarded. These skills are the key to executing good management skills. This further helps to create an ambience of open communication, concise messages, probe for clarifications, recognize nonverbal signals, and mutual understanding. We rarely come across an employment advertisement which does not mention that candidates should have good communication skills. Perhaps this is the only criterion which creates a positive impact when a person goes for a job interview. n Umniyah Mirza

Communication skills are one of the most important set of skills you can have. In order to acquire your aim in expressing your sentiments, you need to have communication skills. Without them, no one would know what you are requesting, requiring, or thinking. In our professional or personal lives, directions and requirements are a vital element to both success and happiness. These vital elements can only be fulfilled successfully through your communication skills. It makes a good impression on your family, friends, and co-workers. They will understand you only when you are able to explain your points easily. It helps you avoid conflicts and become more confident. Everyone benefits.

Good communication skills help relationships to develop along good lines and ensure that arguments and disagreements are kept to a minimum. Good communication will avoid arguments and insults. Often people have this problem while communicating, which comes from fear. They always think a thousand times whether to approach a person or not. But a person with good communication skills is always the first to start a conversation.n Abdullah Mohammed Abdul Majeed

Communication skills are very important for any individual. In the modern world today, when someone goes for a job interview, the first thing that an interviewer checks is the candidate's communication skills, even before their qualification and certificates. Candidates must be quick decision makers and able to reply to questions in a fluent manner. There are some people lacking in this skill, while some are naturally excellent. As students, it is very important for us to develop this skill from this early stage.
