Holidays are always extended a warm welcome by students as they give them time to relax after an agonizing 8-10 months of school. Some see it as an opportunity to relax; some are indulged in leisurely activities, while others spend their time more fruitfully. These days are a blessing from Allah! This is a great time for us to do all the good things we find difficult to do during school days. The wisest are those, who extract the maximum benefit from free time and utilize it to build their future. The best thing students can do during vacations is plan, because failing to plan means planning to fail. One thing I would recommend is volunteering. Young people can go to rural areas to teach people or raise awareness about environmental protection by organizing a local exhibition or doing some gardening of their own or take advantage of the holiday to do part time jobs. Thanks to these jobs, they can earn some money for their next school year. In addition, they can accumulate some work experience and improve communication skills.Nada Nisar Ahmed

Everybody has their own opinion to what they will be doing in the
summer. I join some sports clubs, do a course and try doing creative things like learning a new language, which I did last year. This is the usual trend that I have been following for the past 2-3 years because I strongly believe that a summer school experience can help you to discover something new about yourself and the world around you. Volunteering by pitching in at any local offices, malls or hospitals is a great way for students to learn about life and themselves. This year, I am thinking of dedicating the three months to studying and finishing all revision for my board exams.

Summer vacation are around the corner and all of us are busy planning our schedule for it. Some of us are traveling to far off places while some are staying back. Some students plan to study and take coaching classes for better results. Summer camps have started for kids of all ages. Girls have their own clubs too where they can learn new things and also have fun. Plus, students are also given holiday homework which acts as a revision for all.Dr. Sherin Shervani

Everybody is looking forward to getting some rest, sleep and a break from the routine in the upcoming summer holidays. People stay at home during the summer holiday can do some short–term courses to develop different skills and nurture their talents. Learning to cook different cuisines or joining a beautician's course are also good options. Joining sports clubs or a gym is undoubtedly a good idea. The holiday is a season for all those activities that you are unable to do due to your busy schedule at school and home. So use the coming vacation to relish what you have always wanted to do.Jaspreet Kaur

It is soon going to be vacation time and everyone must be eagerly waiting for the summer break. This is the time you can use for your hobbies, learning new skills and exploring new fields. For most students, there are numerous options to go to summer camps and special training classes. You can develop your skills like drawing, painting, diving, swimming horse riding, camping, learning new games, chess, table tennis, snooker and lot more. You can enjoy your vacation while learning new skills and exploring the world, so be on the lookout and prepare for a wonderful vacation with summer camps.
