MAKKAH: Mayor Dr. Osama Bin Fadl Al-Bar Saturday signed a number of contracts worth SR35 million with national companies for new services' projects in the holy city. These projects are endorsed within the framework of the Makkah governorate's plan to complete implementation of service projects keeping in view its policy of serving the public interests and providing the optimum level of services to citizens and residents alike in various areas. “Moreover, these projects are being implemented after conducting extensive field studies, identifying needs and requirements of the population within the framework of constant followup and directives of Prince Mansour Bin Mite'b Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Municipalities and Rural Affairs, and his eagerness to provide the best level of public utility services,” the mayor added. These projects, scheduled for completion within three years, are covering construction of underground parking sites, fencing cemeteries, operation and maintenance and cleanliness of public toilets.
