The Supreme Commission of Tourism (SCT) has set up tourist information centers across the Kingdom's airports and shopping malls to provide tourists and visitors with updated information on summer events and services. The information is also available at a press of a button at toll free number 800-755-00000. The centers help the tourists benefit from sizzling hot summer offers from hotels, rental apartments, Haj and Umrah organizers, spas, amusement parks, museums, zoos, shopping malls, exhibitions, conferences, hospitals, restaurants and car rentals, said Dr. Fahd Al-Garbooa, deputy assistant of secretary general for marketing at SCT. Around 20 tourist information centers at different airports and shopping malls across the kingdom have already been set up, he said. The commission also provides maps including highlighted tourist attractions and the cultural sites, museums, parks celebrations educational centers, hotels, transportation stations and many more. “Tourists can visit http://event.sct.gov.sa/View.html to search information they need and updated calendar of summer activities across the nation,” Al-Garbooa said. __
