RAFHA': A Nepalese shepherd hanged himself in a remote area 25 kilometers from the town of Rafha' in the Northern Border Province Wednesday. The incident was reported by a Nepalese colleague of the deceased, who found his body hanging by a rope from a water tanker truck. A police spokesman said that initial investigations into the death of the 25-year-old ruled out any suspicious circumstances.
