RIYADH: The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) has allocated SR138 million to set up training and vocational rehabilitation institutes in the Kingdom's prisons. In a report, the corporation stated that it has already started setting up the training centers in prisons, in line with its institutes outside these correctional facilities. It said the institutes have been designed to meet all educational and security standards. More than 2,071 inmates in prisons all over the Kingdom have so far enrolled in these institutes in Abha, Khamis Mushayt, Mahayl, Al-Namass, Dhahran Al-Jounoub, Sarat Ubaid and Balqrn.
