STOCKHOLM: Sweden's former Olympic, world and European heptathlon champion Carolina Kluft plans to retire after next year's London Olympics to pursue other interests. “By then, it will be time for me to do other things,” she told Swedish radio Wednesday. Kluft, 28, who switched from the heptathlon to the long and triple jumps in 2008, told Radiosporten that she had little interest in moving into coaching. Kluft made her international breakthrough with gold at the Euro event in Munich in 2002 and went on to win the Olympic title in Athens.
