TABUK: A teenager who threatened to jump from an exterior air-conditioning unit on the side of a building in Tabuk brought traffic to a halt for four hours Thursday. The young man first appeared in the precarious position at around 6 P.M. and officials and volunteers rushed to the scene to try and dissuade him as the Civil Defense prepared an inflatable cushion to catch his fall. The man was eventually persuaded to return to safety and was taken to a mental health hospital for medical examination, officials present on the scene said.
