Ittihad fires coach
Saudi soccer club Al Published in The Saudi Gazette on 13 - 05 - 2011


Ittihad has terminated the services of its Portuguese coach Tony Oliveira and tasked Hasan Khalifa to manage the team until a new manager is found. The decision comes following recent unsatisfactory results. The team was dumped out of the Crown Prince Cup at the quarterfinals stage when it lost 3-1 to Al-Ittifaq. The team's former Serbian coach, Dimitri Davidovic is expected to return.
