Training and Education Company, part of Newhorizons network of learning centers which is one of the biggest independent learning centers in the world, has announced it is signing an agreement with Huawei Technologies. Huawei Technologies KSA, the global leading telecom solutions provider, is to launch a project called Datacom Certificate System to reaffirm their values and commitments to the individuals, organizations and communities in the Kingdom.
Alwaleed Aldryaan, CEO of Al Khaleej, and Sheng Kai, CEO of Huawei Tech. Investment Saudi Arabia Co., Limited, signed the agreement in Riyadh with the attendance of diplomats from the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom Commercial Counselor Yu Zirong. Senior officials from both sides were also present.
Aldryaan said: “We signed this agreement with Huawei as we believe that supported by Huawei's powerful technological strengths and leading technology in IT field, we can better fulfill our responsibility as an important knowledge transfer institute in the Kingdom and achieve more by providing Huawei Datacom certification System.
On the other hand, Sheng Kai commented: “Today marks a milestone to both parties' commitment to Saudi society. Powered by the professional training system by Al-Khaleej and Huawei, the certification system will enable the Kingdom's individuals in data communication & IP field to acquire systematic and pragmatic expertise and skills. Therefore, we are contributing to foster the development of Saudi technology sector and knowledge-based economy.”
The system shows, Sheng Kai indicated, that Huawei always cares about its social responsibility, and is committed to offering training service to Saudi individuals and society in the telecom industry since Huawei Saudi was established in 2001.
