The editorial "Hypocrisy surrounds ICC decision" on April 6 has valid points. It correctly noted that the International Criminal Court rejected an attempt by Palestine to be "recognized as a state to be legally capable of referring cases to the court in The Hague" because its arm could have been "twisted by the United States".
