At the outset of the audience, the Crown Prince shook hands with well-wishers of princes, scholars, senior officials of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and ministers. Following is the text of the speech: In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, I am honored to deliver his speech on this occasion: Praise be to Allah, and His peace and blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions, My brothers and personnel of the military forces of all sectors: I congratulate you on the blessed Eid Al-Adha, praying to Allah Almighty for the return of this occasion to our country and the Islamic nation with goodness, prosperity, and blessings. I congratulate all of you for what you have done of an honorable work and great efforts to serve the guests of Allah to perform their rituals at ease, comfort, and tranquility.
