In the Red Square located in the middle of Moscow, there is an erect eagle of two heads looking at the East and West. This eagle explains to the world the philosophy and vision of the master of Kremlin. Vladimir Putin has been heading a lot towards the east in the fourteen years during which he has been leading his country towards a more active international presence after the relatively long period Russia had spent groggy like under the ruling of Boris Yeltsin who had presented Putin to the Russian political yard. This eagle summarizes the Russian President vision to the world as the two heads eagle has been returned to be the logo of Federal Russia under an order from President Putin himself. The totalitarian symbolism of this eagle which is looking at the horizon sends a message stating that Russia extends from South to East in spite of that it has been looking to be consolidating its Eastern orientation during the last two decades. Strategically, the Russian presence in Middle East files starting from the Iranian Nuclear file and stretching towards the Syrian Crisis means a Russian existence near the borders of Arabian Gulf and the Mediterranean which represent the most important water basins in the world. Moreover, Russia has enhanced its orientation towards East through an unusual openness to Egypt and Lebanon. It has even behaved in an imperial way when it has deducted Crimea peninsula and added it to its lands. Such behavior recalls to us the Russian expansions stage during the era of Peter the Great whose crown had been put on the heads of the two eagles. Putin imagines Russia as a super power state from the East where there is no overwhelming presence of another super power except for some attempts from its Chinese ally with whom Putin has signed a contract of a tremendous amount of US 400 billion for exporting the Russian gas to China for challenging the Europeans who have imposed various penalties on some High officials in the Kremlin due to their roles in Crimea's events. The passion to the empire's time has led Putin towards restoring the rhythms of Soviet Union national anthem and making them the official anthem of the Russian Republic which is waking up now from its long term hibernation. Russia is seeking to prove its ability of withstanding before the European countries and the United States. The feeling of defeat and humiliation that Russians kept feeling after the collapse of the Soviet Union, which has been described by the present Russian President as the biggest geopolitical catastrophe ever occurred during the twentieth century, has pushed Putin's men towards recalling the respect of the Russian Republic through restoring the era of Euro-Asian Union. However, Asia of this century is not a continent easy to ride as it is the exact opposite of such description. It may be that Europe of the civilization and development achievement is easier to yield to Russia due to its lack of energy and resources together with the financial crisis it is still suffering from. This situation is contrary to the condition of the states of the yellow continent which are witnessing a state of boom and unmatched growth. Russia looks like totally satisfied from its imperial feeling, especially when it is feeling its influence and regaining the brightness of its star after being withered for two decades during which it has left the yard for the United States. Currently, Russia is imposing itself on the international decision during the period of the American decision hesitation which has forced many countries to reassess their strategies after it has proven that major countries do not die.
