Acting Minister of Health heads the meeting. Acting Minister of Health Engineer Adel Muhammad Faqeeh has confirmed Yesterday, Monday, controlling the diffusion of Corona Virus infection. He has revealed, too, that Health facilities certificates of accreditation shall be stopped if they do not obtain the "Quality Card" from Saudi Center for Health facilities Accreditation. Such declarations have been announced during the regional consultative meeting of Eastern Mediterranean states held in Jeddah and organized by Saudi Center for Health facilities Accreditation "Sabahi" and Regional Office of World Health Organization in Eastern Mediterranean Region. Suspending the renewal of certificates of accreditation of health facilities which do not obtain the quality card. The said meeting aimed at improving calibration and adjustment tools in the field of health services and patients' safety, in addition to becoming familiar with other states' experience in the field of health facilities and quality standards accreditation.
