What does it mean that a Chinese millionaire suggests a project for opening / constructing a new canal in Nicaragua that can compete Panama Canal for connecting the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean in spite of the doubts behind such project about which it has been said that the Chinese government itself stands behind the high amounts that the said millionaire is going to pay. This incident takes us back to the new role that China is suggesting for another world prevailed by cooperation, human communication and geographic interaction through a work system that brings back a civilization and economic value that had been established hundreds of years ago when China has been linked with Silk Road that used to pass through some Asian provinces until reaching the ports of Arabian Gulf followed by Africa & Europe. China is seeking to return such road under the concept of economic geography as an axis for creating relationships which are different than invasion and occupation. This attempt shall lead to building another world in which other relationships are established between the various cultures and races where resources are merged and information and inventions are exchanged. This is contrary to what had happened earlier when the geographic discoveries used to be means for political and economic colonialism. In another front, China is seeking to pump massive investments in Central Asia which have massive natural resources that China needs in the future. Accordingly, it has suggested a parallel project which connects China with these provinces in addition to constructing railways and ports to establish a connection with Europe. The economies of these countries cannot, for sure, bear the cost of such massive project and that's why the government of Beijing has been the party that has sought to revive the said Silk Way together with Asia-Europe axis. However, the United States which is doubtful about any Asian big work, especially if it is intended by a country which is competing it for steering the international economy and political geography, has gathered its allies for creating a counter axis through the style of the dominating country as it has raised the concerns of thee countries in regard to the effect of the Chinese economic and political interests on their future. Having such wide range conflict field by linking the continents with each other through a long term strategic perspective led by China imposes on the world the enquiry about who is going to be the axis and main party in such operations. Is it that what these projects are hiding is built on other rules different than the earlier ones? Or is it a response against the American – European globalization through an Asian one which helps in creating another dealing culture that may be dominated by economy in a way that terminates the fears of wars? Is it that what has irritate Europe and the United States in regard to linking these continents with each other or reviving them returns the earlier domination but through bases that helps for creating another international atmosphere which avoids blocking the growth or monopoly of economy through the military methods through creating a cooperation dominated by the justice of benefit, so to speak? Is it that launching the wars while the mass destruction weapons, including the chemical and biological ones, are widely spreading to the extent of that any country can make them represent a basic objection for returning the world stability? Accordingly, is it that the new applicable principle shall be nations' cooperation through no wars but through scientific and economic competitions only? Such proposals may represent a part of wishes through which humanity may restore its balance but the reality is talking about major global projects that no major power can control through power. The emergence of a new world through specifications that liberate the nations from domination is a proposal dependable on the capabilities of those who make or construct the first edifice of this human building. However, the competition between major parties whose looks and interests are divergent may return us to the first condition through blocking such ideas or at least sharing them through methods that launch a new cold war for leading the world. In spite of that optimism is the doctrine of the new human, globalizing the world through new bases needs compatible visions not only between the competitors but between the parties included in this linkage as well.
