Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja chaired here today a session of the third meeting of the Ministers of Culture in the Arab countries and South American countries. The kingdom at the meeting was represented by Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdullah Al-Jasser. Dr. Khoja delivered at the beginning of the session a speech in which he thanked the experts who prepared for the meeting. The ministers of culture in the Arab countries and South American countries delivered speeches during the session, praising the initiative of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in establishing King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Global Center and the kingdom's efforts to spread the Arab culture in the world. They also hailed initiatives of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz to support the Arab positions in various fields including the field of knowledge and culture. The Ministers noted that this meeting is of extreme importance in building bridges of cultural cooperation and integration between the two Arab and South American regions in various fields. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister of Culture and Information received a memorial shield from the Arab League.
