The Holy Capital Secretariat has violated the Royal Order / decree stating that plots granting by municipalities should be stopped and such plots should be delivered to Ministry of Housing as it has distributed big amounts of plots after the issue of the royal decree No. 20563 on 02 / 06 / 1434 Hijri which has stated that Ministry of Municipal and Village Affairs should immediately stop distributing the municipal grants usually by the secretariats and deliver all government plots dedicated for residence to Ministry of Housing. This has been stated by the Nazaha, National Commission for Fighting of Corruption, which has added that the said behavior included granting some plots to relatives of some high officials who are not authorized due to the non-applicability of granting conditions on them such as what is related to age and the new applications. Such information have been revealed by the inspection procedures as there have been evidences about potential administrative corruption and favoritism in the departments of Holy Capital secretariat represented by the misuse of the administrative authorities, disrespect of orders and instruction together with not implementing tem and abuse of functional influence for achieving personal interests. As such acts violate the law as per the systems; the commission has referred the issue file to inspection authorities for conducting an inspection about them and referring the defendants to the Administrative Judiciary.
