The tragedy is repeated once again!

You must be still remembering the tragedy of girls' school fire (that) had occurred in Holy Mecca and had resulted in death of fourteen girls due to that "Civil Defense" men had been prevented from entering into the school for saving them. You must have not forgotten the tragedy of Amina, the Saudi female citizen, that ambulance men failed to enter into the campus of Princess Hessa's University to save her and died before being aided by anyone where a lot of excuses and justifications had been said in this regard. We could have accpetd the case and disregard what had happened then except for that the same tragedy is still being repeated. It is a case that has no interpretation other than the dull awareness. The victim of this time has been a female Saudi citizen called Dr. Salwa Shehaab who has become sick during night time accompanied with acute pains and could not manage during such late time to get out and look for a taxi to drive her to the closest hospital, She noted that she called the Red Crescent Authority and that the inchsrge (male) employee had started to ask her the common questions such as her age and location. However, when she mentioned to him that she is alone he replied to her through saying: "We cannot send a car to pick you as long as you are alone with no Mohrem (i.e. a first grade relative such as a father, a brother, a son, an uncle or a husband)." The male employee vanished after that and she managed after long time to procure a taxi. Imagine what could have happened to her if she has been suffering a bleeding or an illness that requires a fast medical aid. As for us as an in charge government authority; we have nothing to say except for more excuses and justifications. If only we can keep silent this time as more talk shall reopen the wound which has almost healed.
