The exports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amounted to approximately SR 1,456,502 million, an increase of SR 88,882 million, up by 6.5 % from the previous year 2011, as the value of exports amounted to 1,367,620 million. The Department of Statistics and Information said in a report received by Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that Asian Countries Group (Non-Arab and Islamic countries) ranked first in terms of Saudi exports; Northern America Countries Group, second; European Union countries, third; Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States, fourth; and Non-Arab Islamic countries, fifth.
