Zinedine Zidane will represent 1998 World Cup winners France at the group draw for the 2014 tournament in Brazil, dpa reported. Jerome Valcke, general secretary of the ruling body FIFA, said in a column on the FIFA home page that Zidane completes the line-up of representatives from the eight past world champions to assist in the December 6 draw in Costa do Sauipe. The others are Lothar Matthaeus (Germany), Alcides Ghiggia (Uruguay), Geoff Hurst (England), Mario Kempes (Argentina), Cafu (Brazil), Fabio Cannavaro (Italy) and Fernando Hierro (Spain).
