The Minister of Justice Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Eissa has met here with the President of International Court of Justice Dr. Peter Tomka. During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest in judiciary field. Dr. Al-Eissa has also held a meeting with Netherlands' Minister of Justice and Security Ivo Opstelten. During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest with respect to justice and rights, exchange of knowledge regarding laws and procedures, and ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in this field. The Saudi Minister of Justice has also met with President of Carnegie Endowment and Supervisor of Peace Palace in The Hague Stephen Fay, and listened to a briefing on the programs and specializations provided by the International Academy For Service of Justice. Dr. Al-Eissa also delivered a lecture at Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael in the Hague on the judiciary system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
