King Congratulate Chinese President On His Election

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the occasion of his election as President of the People's Republic of China.
In his own name and on behalf of the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished constant good health and happiness for the President, and further progress and prosperity for the Chinese friendly people.
The King praised existing strong relations between the two countries, stressing his keenness on their development in all fields to serve the common interests and aspirations of the two friendly countries.
A similar cable has also been sent to the Chinese President on this occasion by Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense.
