How much high are the costs! In spite of that such styles or methods adopted by leaders of the third world for justifying the existence are still not convincing. In fact, the results of such methods do not support the categories of people who are suffering poverty, carelessness or disputes but become transformed to a private gain for his Excellency. There are smart behaviors in the first world. In spite of that they cannot pass such mistakes in their societies; they serve the interests of their countries by passing the vague situations or attitudes through claiming that they are attitudes adopted for the sake of parties other than them while they are, in fact, methods for indirect intervention in the affairs of others. We know very well the historical conditions reality in our Arab World since no less than 70 years. We still remember how the economic, political & social slogans used to be glittering and attractive as if the Arabs were going to jump to the European living standards and compete the American one. However, reality had been revealed long years after that to show that the Arab World needs new birth cases that returns awareness facts to the mentalities which are not waiting the results of financial projects that return the various development aspects any more. Such new birth cases should replace the multi aspects of development by multi aspects of disputes or even of adoption of low concepts of citizenship. King Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz is a man of history who is totally different from the said examples in regard to his mentality, ideas and various concepts applied on the leadership duties handled by him. The great thing in them is that they are not promises as they are implemented in a very fast way as the implementation is going to start immediately after declaring that the duty or mission is approved. There have been various projects starting from "Jazan" in the South until "Arar" & "Algrayaat" in the North and from the vast area along the Red Sea shores to the fast and serious intervention in the centers of the big cities, in addition to the big jumps in universities and colleges' numbers and the various tributaries of financial capabilities. Such achievements used to be transformed directly to various functional, living, educational or development gains for the people. This historical man is behaving and providing his ideas as if he is surrounded by all information documents about what is required and what is ready for implementation during the 24 hours. Such plans have not been restricted to feeding the poor or employing the jobless or curing the sick only as they included the fast jumps out of the negative aspects of the Arab World and entering trustfully and steadily into the advanced world list. This is what is happening now. The wonderful man in regard to his humanitarian aspect, as his history record has always been, provided 1.63 billion for all the needy people registered in social security categories. In addition to such popular reality, another duty of high historical prestige is planned for in the coming future. This mission is the new expansion in Mecca's Grand Mosque, in addition to the multi concerns and the historical decisions. He has been the man who, solely, received the international appreciation from various scientific and humanitarian establishments. He has been the only man of respectful fellowship represented by the discussion about some countries distinguished concepts. He is planning to end the Holy month of Ramadan by holding the Islamic Solidarity Summit in Mecca. He is neither a man of promises that may come or not come nor he is a man of speeches which credibility needs support but is a man of historical (i.e. distinguished) ideas which contain brilliant results facts.
