I came to know the departed fahd Al Dugeither long years ago when he was practicing his responsibilities as an employee among few other ones in regard to running the state's affairs. He could achieve a fame that he deserved due to his integrity and efforts in employment development. Modernizing & developing the employment used to be focused in those efforts that employed a lot of staff who occupied prominent positions of responsibility in various jobs and specializations. The distinctive feature in that stage was that it expanded the categories of employment that used to be limited to one area citizens before that period. It was not an odd thing to find them in their good positions due to that they were the ones who are more qualified in regard to education and administration. Modernization and encouraging the development of the young competencies from the Middle Region and other areas that used to be almost out of these efforts before. This does not mean that there was a functional discrimination. It was a difference in qualification capabilities due to the different starts and abilities of education. For the time being and after decades of that stage; we are watching through appreciation and admiration the rise of Saudi South citizens in regard to the numerous diverse jobs they are occupying and the various locations they are working in. The issue is not related to regional characteristics here as much as to stages of educational or functional rehabilitation. Thanks are addressed to the Lord as we are witnessing the wide spread of jobs now due to the availability of numerous competencies from all areas. The departed Fahd Al Dugeither had great efforts in this regard. They were related to the tasks of that rehabilitation and the adoption of competencies abilities. His impartial behavior when he was the Senior officer in his administration represented a masterful model that combined integrity and objective approach while dealing with the competent people. God's mercy be upon him. He was a man of a unique cultural competency in an era where culture was not as important as the administrative competency that used to represent the appearance of success justifications. Fahd Al Dugeither provided his homeland with all the capabilities of his culture and wise administration. He used to be the star of the social presence in occasions meetings whether personal or administrative. I still remember that he used very polite and elegant in his dialogues and through his ethical dealing with people. He had been a man of ideal personal behavior that distinguished him and led him towards gaining the appreciation of people. My job which work time has no framework deprived me from the honor of communicating with his positive aspects that provided him with the features of respecting dialogues language and style in addition to respecting people when they are dealt with. We have lost a man that I consider one of the best people I have ever known. May God's vast mercy be upon him & may his residence be in God's spacious heavens.
