Nayef of Multi trends excellecnce
Published in Alriyadh on 20 - 06 - 2012

Since its establishment in a community where the tribal domination is prevailing and beduins constitution of the majority of population, the Kingdom was entitled, no doubt, to face maximum difficulties. Development duties of concepts rather than the appearance might have been almost impossible, especially because there were many cases of sever poverty or even very sever poverty aspects. Some families in towns or villages had not been able to have more than two meals of little nutrition quality due to that all categories of useful food were out of reach. In spite of this, the leader of immortal memory King Abdul Aziz could establish a civil community that managed to develop, away from the local wars and tribal conflicts.
We know, of course, that developments of this establishment kept going on until reaching our present age in which we have the biggest number of universities, the highest number of scholarships and the biggest economy in regard to the multiple sources of wealth among the Arab countries, in addition to the numerous number of committees in charge of employment conditions and systems excesses wherever they are.
Let's have a look out of our borders. Haven't disturbances been prevailing there since about fifty years? Where the sovereign succession cases have been rotating and promising the starts of reform stages that never happened? Wasn't it a common periodic matter in other people's countries to organize a group of people called "Dawn visitors" who used to be charged by security bodies with assassinating certain people? Wasn't the street pullet addressed to an official or an opposing person of unknown origin? Weren't some fatal traffic accidents prepared and planned for by Security Service? Did anything of these incidents happen in our country?
We can conclude from prince Nayef's, God's mercy be upon him, systems, behavior and dealings that we are far away from such Arab bloody style. We are knowledgeable citizens of various relations in our community. However, has it ever happened that one pullet only surpassed the prevailing stable security and Islamic dealing and cooperation? The system is existed and going on but Prince Nayef, God's mercy be upon him, proved through his competent presence and big tolerance that we are totally different, on the humanitarian and Islamic level, from any other community in regard to terrorism practiced by an enemy or the social violence coming from categories located out of our borders but are financed officially.
Prince Nayef, God's mercy be upon him, did not allow or give a chance in any social opportunity for such excess which is classified among the category of crimes, whether practiced by a state or people charged with implementing them. Furthermore, Prince Nayef's distinction and importance is increased due to that his work period as a Minister of Interior was one of the toughest stages in the past years because of the numerous bad intentions people and ugly crimes. However, his humanitarian and security initiatives constituted a model that was appreciated by the foreign governments and social establishments in a similar way to our great appreciation for him, God's mercy be upon him.
Before writing this article, the day before yesterday, Mr. Umran Ridhs, the high official in United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and spoke about our great deceased and said "He is the best international high official due to the lots of various aids and support that he provided the refugees from various nationalities with." God's mercy be upon him.
