Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz' education, culture formation & awareness storage constitution had all been in school of the founder King Abdul Aziz, God rest his soul, When he opened his eyes; he witnessed a geographical area which is extensive as much as the dream of Abdul Aziz and supreme as much as his ambitions, but the rupture, fragmentation and intolerance were common diseases that were causing it a headache & pains that were threatening its life. Security was a permanent obsession in its humans' life and a demand longed for by the Bedouin in his tent, the farmer in his farm and the towner in his shop. At that time, the trip from a village to another which is no more than 3 KM far used to be considered a big adventure and a risk that no single man used to do except if he is among a group which members support each other in cases of emergencies. Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz had been raised up in such atmospheres. His vision was formulated through his witnessing of the vision of one of the genius men in the modern Arab history where he dedicated his skills and abilities for benefiting from and becoming in pace with Abdul Aziz' ambitions of establishing a homeland where security fields grow in every spot of its space, contentment, production & work spread in its parts in a way that makes it a shade of security and safety for its citizens and visitors whether pilgrims, businessmen or participants in its economic and developmental renaissance and an impressive model, for the whole world, of human's ability of establishing the security for supporting the development of the land and the human. In such barbarous conditions in which the Arabian Peninsula was living, the thought of Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz had been established within Abdul Aziz' school and through reading his visions, ideas, work method and adopting a formula that constitutes a homeland, a human and an outcome. Such establishment led to the formation of Prince Nayef's political, administrative and intellectual awareness. Accordingly, leadership features and characteristics of a man of governing and work started to appear in Prince Nayef's life. He was presenting himself as a patient wise man who loves people and interacts with their interests and concerns while carrying the homeland in his heart in a form of a passion, love, identity, belongingness and a value of civilization. During all of these concepts, the idea of that security is the base for development, enhancement, growth, stability and achieving of gains had been rooting in his heart, concepts and conviction, as no homeland can walk along the paths of brilliance, enter into the circle of history and reach the peaks of glory unless such walk happens through a strong and fair security that protects its jumps, fortifies its achievement and provides its ambitious ideas / thoughts with the chance to grow and provide generously among a stable and secured environment which is rich by its psychological and practical climate. Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz stored such concepts and developed his work tools and confrontations with the reality, its conditions, new events and transformations since the start of his political life in 1372 Hijri as a prince of Riyadh, the capital. This position included a security as much as an administrative side. His political life continued through his leading positions as a maker of impressive security vision that participated in protecting the homeland security from fierce dangers and facing conspiracies which are mean in objectives and targets. He could help the homeland its citizens to cross the dangers towards stable places away from the savage storms arising in many places and arriving through the original or secondary directions with its misconceptions, political or religious ideology & greedy movements. Prince Nayef provided his best efforts to make security a general condition in all parts of the kingdom for enabling the human who is living anywhere in it to live in full contentment in regard to all practical or familial aspects of his life. This had been achieved through his vision, wisdom and follow up of every emergency by himself, in addition to his ability of facing the conditions bravely and wisely with an optimistic view that assumes the good intention before the bad one. In his dealings, he had been assuming the good intention in the minds of the sinners to the extent that he had been adopting the percentage of innocence if there was 1% doubt that the accused person is innocent, in spite of the other 99% of conviction evidences. Glory is to Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz whose memory shall be always rooted in our hearts, even if he is absent away from our earthly world, while survival shall be to the homeland as a lofty legacy and a sublime entity.
