Three royal orders, issued today, have appointed Eng. Abdullatif bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Othman as Governor for the General Commission for Investment in the rank of minister, Eng. Abbas bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Hadi as Deputy Minister of Housing in the excellent rank, and relieving Eng. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussein from his post as Mayor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Region upon his request and appointing Dr. Khalid bin Abdulqader bin Hasan Taher as Mayor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Region in the excellent rank. In statements, the royal court said the royal orders by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz should be carried out by the concerned authorities with immediate effect.
