The specialized Criminal Court proceeded, in its yesterday's session, examining the suit brought by the attorney general against one of the accused Saudi citizens who had been accused earlier by supporting "Al Qaeda" terrorist organization and adopting the Kharijites / dissidents thought of charging with infidelity, which is contrary to the directions of the Holy Quran, the Sunnah and the consensus of the past Muslim scholars. In this session, the judge provided the attorney general with a final chance to provide the data promised for in the earlier session and to provide his answer regarding what the accused citizen had mentioned of that some of the charges addressed to him in this case have been addressed in an earlier suit for which a judgment was sentenced. The attorney general promised a reply in the next session. The specialized Criminal Court proceeded, as well, its sessions that started last Saturday, for examining the case brought by the attorney general against 85 accused persons who were accused by joining a terrorist cell which had performed the terrorist attack crime on three residential complexes in Riyadh city, resisted the security forces men and shot them.
