Their protests and our protests!
Al Riyadh word
Published in Alriyadh on 18 - 10 - 2011

Like a lot of cultural and scientific influences and most of what the western culture gave to the world, it gave us a method of protests and boycott, and currently a lot of American and European cities are experiencing big protests because of the financial crisis, and of course the rules and laws cant forbid or reject this public expression, otherwise it will oppose the constitutions and laws that gave the right to the citizens to express their protest on any case of their interest.
I said in a previous occasion that the Japanese workers had previously stroke for some reason, which cost a lot on the economy, and with the national responsibility feeling their authority ordered to increase the working hours to compensate for the reasons that led to this strike, and the advanced awareness model of the Japanese in its different classes give us the evidence that the partnership in the responsibility doesn't mean that the protest accompany manipulating the individual or national interests or assaulting individuals whether from the public or those that own trading stores, pedestrians or security men the same way it happens in our Arab cities
The laws don't protect lawbreakers, and here comes the difference in the maturity of the people and their backwardness, where the aware citizen is entrusted on controlling any wrong behavior, and we found those reporting people that escape taxes, robbers, crossing red-light signals or any violation that makes the citizens their own supervisors, and we here don't speak about the ideality of any people and the lack of wrong practices in their behaviors, otherwise the judges, lawyers and security men wouldn't exist. The problem is when the duality is the measuring standard of the citizen's behavior who is an active defender to the maximum limits in his expatriation from his country and wouldn't accept any harm done to it, but he is lazy inside, unbothered of performance in any job and a maniac that loves lawbreaking.
Culture, as it is said, is human, but how do we put him in the level in which he becomes one of the building pillars in all fields? We in the Arab Nation when we were defeated by Israel in 1967's war we said that the reason is the cultural and technological differences, and this is true, and when Japan started its modern rising it came to an Arab country to make use of its experience, and we have a lot of facts and events.
Building the citizen carries the responsibilities of building the nation, and we don't need to bring a lot of international examples and how small countries in their geography and population now compete economically with countries that are bigger than it multiple times in a modern and advanced model.
Freedom is a humanistic requirement that should be provided, because in the logic and core of religions and all advanced ideas that propose equality between humanity doesn't mean that I make your freedom eliminate mine, and this concept gave the advanced countries the ability to establish its project in unprecedented qualification.
The human resource, if found a policy that plans to make it the development center, will be the cultural tool, and if we look to the performance that Europeans, Americans and Asians give and compare it to the different citizens we would find that the educated worker is a priority, and it is a competition motive between the citizens to create and manufacture as well as increase its income rates with a series of procedures that match its abilities in reaching its goals, and when the world experience a phenomenon that matches its requests then we are in front of a universal phenomenon that we have to make use of it and its method.
