I first give my appreciation to the quality of the subject that Prince Nayef's Award for Sunna and Modern Islamic Studies Award will propose in cooperation with Imam University in Madina through an international conference, which is very important and integrates with the quality of the subject. Before that, I will not forget a sentence that was in the statements of Prince Nayef during the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr when he said while reviewing the positive efforts of security authorities that an important reality should be added, which is that each citizen is a security officer. It would not be easy that each citizen is a security officer if it was not to the good awareness level, as well as the citizen's awareness about how the security authorities of multiple potentials and sites on a huge desert spread where it was able to excellently achieve its superiority on any other security authorities whether in the Arab world or on the international level, noting that we are a country and a society with no historical story that that give us the consecutive instability, robberies and assassinations. Our society in fact have a lot of noble emotions that are not easy since King Abdulaziz – may Allah have mercy on him - unified our it, that is why as Prince Nayef said of the reality that each citizens is a security officer, which made us record the excellence priorities and also achieve the failure of any violation of our security by the efforts of security officers and credibility of citizenship. Al Qaeda organization was not built out of emptiness, and its human supply don't come from Western countries of course but the enclosing sites in the Islamic world is what supplies this organization with youth groups that are not aware of the fatality of their believes, and don't realize the massive dangers that they cause for the Islamic countries that are supposed to have stability and development. Security in the kingdom provided us with stability the same way we were provided with individual privacies between the Arab and Islamic countries with the quality of development diversity. The international occasion that Madina will experience is facing Takfeer phenomenon, which is a judgment that is not easily said by anybody, and is not easy to be practiced by any group, where Islam is a justice and guidance religion towards all existence positives, that are provided by our creator. Takfeer is not a backwardness antagonism against arts, cultures and the development of civilized sequence only, but it is also a wild antagonism of Islam's clearness, objectivity and ability to take the citizens in top of the world's citizens, in addition to what Takfeer establishes of false evidences against Islam in communities of other religions.
