Generosity exists, but where is its organization?
Published in Alriyadh on 19 - 09 - 2011

Does our poverty hard to be covered by our resources abilities?
The abilities of the people and not the country.
I assure that the resources of the rich people are not blocked from the paths that are directed towards those in need, but are these paths true in its directions? Is there a total research of the poverty places? I assure that the paying potentials exist; but what is within the doubt is to know whether these abilities reach to its desired goals.
Those that started from initial positions for there lives, for their youth activity, for there efforts in the gaining fields are a lot that owned the distinguished humanistic sense and the generosity along with Zakat, meaning that they pay in two directions towards the poor person.
Yesterday I met with Mr. Ahmad Bin Abdulla Al Rajhi and a number of his colleagues, and the discussion between us was about the humanistic efforts situations in our society, and how would not such a loud reality that assures that we succeed any other countries in the financial findings of our families and individuals along with the multiple investment opportunities. Moreover, realizing the reality that there are Arab citizens that can't face the multiplicity of poverty growth inside its societies, because the number of the rich people and those that are not in need doesn't reach fifth of the population number.
Thus it is not easy that the mission of defeating poverty succeeds, while in our society it can, but based on an aware social participation plans. we have the rich, and we have the generous, and we have big companies and establishments that can eliminate poverty on its own.
Mr. Ahmad Al Rajhi told me that more than one call were made with all charity establishments to meet in authorizing a mutual efforts through Social Affairs Ministry in a mutual companionship through the total charity project. This is to make use of the electronic movement potential that is equipped with different goals, aims and potentials to serves the public social situations and others.
Yes, we have distinguished wealthy people, and we have distinguished generous people, but we are the most ones that need organization frames that reforms the Zakat concept and unifies the efforts of charity from one side, and the individual or establishment participation to support those in need.
This is not the only side; but also creating the presence of branching economic premises from their owners that aim to practice qualification for work levels of different abilities and qualifications so that the individual and family can resolve their inability causes.
