The Arabs are very late to enter the modern history with what it means of modern and technical achievement, innovative thinking, creativity in technology owning fields and globalization contents. They failed to make their decisions in entering the new age with its tools, knowledge and lifestyles to solve their backwardness causes, limitation and disability to find a position inside the cycle of modern world, even the poor and desperate countries that don't have the same potentials and skills as those of Arabs jumped in a very short period of time into productive rich countries that influence, have bright economies and spread in the world markets with their excellent products because it had the will of change, while the Arabs were competing in consuming and wasting the products of the world's brains in ignorance. The Arabs submitted, drown back or proved their disability without understanding the universe reality around them with its movement, dynamics, variables, changes and knowledge styles and held back before the violence of the dictatorship and their sculpts that mastered psychological terrorism, financial corruption, controlling decisions and destinies and messing up history, geography and human from Saddam Husain to the King of Africa Kings, the builder of the modern Libya- as he likes to be known – with what its misery wishes, and its backwardness pains. They enrolled in a disability phase giving poetries, singing Andalusia Muwashahat, recall fantasies and legends and innovate in claiming modern victories that are fake in its reality and shocking in its results, because a war in which the victims are more than one thousand five hundreds are dead, and more than one millions displaced, then a land, air and marine siege for more than three months, and painful consequences that we, by analyzing, reading, understanding and concluding, can't refer to as victories, but the lying surplus pictured it that way. The Arabs are living in two separate ages that are conflicting, with no intellectual or life link between them. They practice thoughts, cultures and visions of misty age that is far away in its cultural product and an age that is way ahead of them in its aware product, innovation of brain in all fields of knowledge, cultural production, development, communication revolution and information technology. That is why the brain is living in the culture of past centuries that form his life, draws his ambitions through time, life and thought awareness deep inside the past, unable to understand the changes to enroll with qualification and courage in modernity to break in globalism and create a new age that is equipped with awareness tools to be able to change, transform and innovate. There is a long and hard way ahead of Arabs to create their history, contribute in forming the human culture and enforce their active existence in bright time life with their creations and scientific achievements. But to preserve their existence, continuity and life as a nation element, they have to initiate the decision making of entering knowledge and owning the modern history keys, which is not hard to accomplish if they get rid of identity fear and possessed the courage to eliminate the personal terms, interacted with cultures, others' thoughts, nations' knowledge and people's awareness. Those that don't know how to change and practice it as an act and culture will not be able to create his history and future.
