In the early beginnings of creating a country in the great historical cultures the families were ruling in Egypt, China and India. Then the European families came and got its existence legitimacy from the churches exactly as it was in the early beginnings that made the priests control the general and specific life affairs. Today's world developed the concept of a country when it set rules and constitutions where Europe gave an accepted and developed model and thus brought the fundamental freedom concept in destroying other fascist and communist powers. The influences on dictatorship then marched in Eastern Europe and other continents, and the current Arab model comes within the historical development path when technology became the movement field and was quickly not provided by sectors or revolts or any country form that didn't provide a real justice. There is an extension of the revolutions' period in Libya, Yemen and Syria, which are governed by the legitimacy of the country regime and not the public voting. The legitimacy concept became a forcing power when the revolutions bring unprecedented challenges. The process of casting country allies to protest and clap has ended by the other conscious, which means that the struggle was born with generations that have its existence and good life rights. Those generations don't care anymore about the conspiracy issue while its living reality and witness the corruptions, considering it a general behavior. The authorities of those countries are not conscious less but it lost the sense of working for the country's sake. This is an inherited process whenever a new Arab country is born, and this experience continued since the Umayyad country up to the last military country. Ignoring the collective mind and its development comes as a problem from the historical accumulation, even the praise poets that used to stand in front of Amir Al Moo'menen, Khalifa or Basha doors in the past are not any different than the media workers that structured the society's thoughts according to the leaders and lead parties well. What distinguished the military dictatorships is perhaps that it set itself as the alternative that decides the people's fate, and Mr. Abdulla Al Qussaimi has a well know say where he described the classical dictatorships as weakening the men that interfere with the governing families and the modern dictatorships developed by weakening the mind. The symbolism here is so specific of odd and rejected acts to underestimate the brains of the normal human. As the directed media failed and people were isolated from any external influences by banning books and disrupting radio in the middle of the last century there was who admitted that the technology speed and it meeting the needs of this age and its fast pace shocked those that developed such devices. It became a compelling force that took out all the classical models that failed to find alternatives by creating job opportunities, fare distribution of wealth and respecting the dignity of the citizen to become the legendary modern Arab model while it was called "the challenge and the response" as if an invisible fantasy hero is directing history to bring out what didn't happen in any of the previous years.
