In our Middle East, it is not difficult to turn the word exaggerated to any promise that was not achieved; even as if it written confirmation, or the cares of his Excellency President and his followers; to adopt a particular social group, whether rich or independent, more like a human portrait exposed in front of the eyes and minds as well, when it is intended to emphasize the existence of community interface, or to prove the existence of efficient food quality in the household and efficiency of the educational degree. No one talks about the social conditions of the lower class. No one confirms the existence of a minority taking advantage in the middle of a majority that is no longer lost for possibilities and rights only. But, Arab majorities, with multiple locations and nationalities, find it impossible to have had any informative ability, guiding it on how to master the ability to buy bread and at the same time, grains of aspirin, to numb the trouble that awaits the pavement poverty. Our society is quite different. Yes, we have had differences in standard of living, deliberate, and we had differences in the concepts and information that is sometimes scary, and excellent private academic education was almost only possible by a minority. But the historic leader, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, faced all the differences that would have isolated people into groups, making it a forum that unites the possibilities of the convergence and capabilities, and notice each citizen practically not with promises, but have all the means of development and availability of all the opportunities similarly between the wishes of the citizen and the quality of the capabilities of his country. King Abdullah's many decisions, perhaps the most important was, the responsibility of education, diversity and refused to have the oil as just proceeds from the sale and purchase, but a variety of means to have technical availability. At the same time, the decision commitments made yesterday is to develop the level of living and efficiency of the material through the merits of employment, particularly in the field of education, and even offset the not worthy of a country like the Kingdom of petty insult to some qualities of citizenship, while not exceeding the salary of the university employee or diploma holder of two thousand riyals, and sometimes less, and the reaffirmation of the citizen. The approach of King Abdullah was to create universal justice, poor before the rich, limited income earners before the high-salary earner, the recent development gains, especially education and employment in general has made the size of the increase in junior staff and middle staff attributed to a salary that is higher than those of senior positions. King Abdullah has emerged historically in the appropriate time, the man that brought together the efforts and insisted that the funds gained from the ground or surface is the wealth of citizens acquainted through projects employed for technical growth, education and diversification of the economy, and tends the citizen to develop his income and thus provide respect for social membership in a country classified as an interface of wealth communities. Not stranger to these obvious facts, making us safe in the middle of panic and bloody conflict in many Arab societies, and this is very important as we are bound to collective efforts to the next stages of development and the efficient exercise of national conscious.
