During its regular weekly meeting chaired by Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Bahraini Cabinet today lauded the honorable stances voiced by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in support of Bahrain against the attempts to meddle in its domestic affairs and destabilize its security and stability in particular and those of the region in general. The Bahraini Cabinet took pride in Saudi Arabia's backing which is a living proof of the strong bilateral ties and common destiny of the two brotherly countries and the GCC member states in general. The Bahraini Cabinet also asserted that Bahrain is an integral part of the GCC framework, adding that the deployment of Peninsula Shield troops in Bahrain for the sake of maintaining its security and stability embodies the unity among GCC nations.
