Some members of the private sector paid, timidly, double salaries to their Saudi employees. With simple math the number of Saudis with their salaries are too less than the foreign employees with their salaries. The most important issue is that the recent Royal Decrees which are in the interest of Saudis regarding housing, health and government vacancies will serve the owners of companies, shops and different corporations because the strategic projects will move the commercial market along with its products. Therefore, we must monitor the markets in order not to allow the merchants to take advantage of these movements by doubling the prices of foodstuff and building materials including all sanitary and electricity materials nor storing these materials as the merchants of iron and rice had done. The country cannot pay the people then these payments go to the merchants' safes illegally. Now look at the most important issue: Saudization. When asking the private sector about not employing Saudis, you will hear unconvincing excuses as the shortage of ready national cadres, the rejection against determining minimum wage or stopping the international work hours system. So, we may impose rising taxes upon any sector that refused the Saudi employment; this revenue must fund the unemployed Saudis. Moreover, we can raise the visas values to a higher degree along with limitation of the country's purchases; adding taxes upon the imported goods which cause dumping or lack of quality; classifying the certificates of foreign employees above secondary school or equivalent of technical education and limiting the insurance contracts to the country not private companies. In the case of Saudization breach, these amounts must go to training departments of those corporations and companies; then reviving the semi-dead system by stating as a condition that any contractor or investor must train 25% Saudis at least to start the subrogation according to regulated plans. Moreover, the country may regulate laws to saudize the retail markets, otherwise it will be closed. Also, the country must stop the illegal employments made by the private sector especially the big contracting companies without paying the fines or guarantees. As for the concessions of three companies that monopolize the market, the country must reject any internal or hidden sub-bids to ease the monitoring, calling the mother company to account and keeping the specifications not to be manipulated which becomes the absurd irony of all inspectors. The final important issue is activating corruption-fighting authorities and linking it to the King himself which will free us of manipulation or hiding it. This will be deterrent procedure that will benefit the national security of our nation.
