The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) has completed the necessary arrangements for launching the 1st Forum on 'Process Manufacturing in Saudi Industries,' under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, scheduled to open its works here on March 8. The Chief Executive of the Royal Commission in Yanbu Dr. Aqili Bin Dhaifallah Khawaji said that the forum is one important means to attract and exchange experiences and utilize best experiences for the transfer and reformation of modern technology, as it is one of the means to keep pace with international changes and developments and extrapolate future prospects in the field of manufacturing and develop the scientific foundations of the studies and successful experiences. ' It will also lead to the upgrading of this sector and to reviewing solutions to address the challenges and difficulties that will allow us access to global products and services reflecting the realities of the investment opportunities available in the cities of Jubail and Yanbu. r. Khawaji said that the Forum will help to support the national strategy for industry to contribute to economic diversification and strengthening of transition plans.'It will also facilitate dependence on the natural resources such as oil and gas to achieve the wealth gained through human innovation and manufacturing processes that provide many job opportunities for citizens.' The Chief Executive of the Royal Commission in Yanbu said that the forum will contribute to the marketing of industrial products of Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities and creating an environment to attract investment in manufacturing industries and helping the emergence of new industries with high added-value.
