Saled Kamel, chairman of the commercial chamber in Jeddah accused " the governmental bureaucracy " and negligence that they are responsible for what happened in Jeddah last Wednesday of infestation of influxes caused by heavy rains . and ignored the degeneration , and did not mention any thing about it , in spite of there are some employees who are under interrogations right now about what happened , and despite of he had worked as financial representative in the beginning of his career , and witnessed the exacerbated degeneration in some of the state departments . The bureaucracy may delay the implementation , or may delay payment for contractors , but it is not responsible about bridge or road that its technical defects had discovered , and it is not responsible for valley or influx canal in which buildings are approved , as well as it is not responsible for canals did not implemented in spite of its handing over and payment of its value completely to the contractor . and we can accuse the poor thinking , but not the bureaucracy that spent millions in building the corniche , which disappeared as fast as it built , and remain nothing of it , and did not work initially and before the corniche to complete the basic infrastructure , but we agree with him that negligence is responsible somehow for what happened , which is negligence . the persons who are responsible for that should be questioned and at least punished by dismiss . and finally we have to dispose of the persons how are responsible for last year disaster , but we did not , and the disaster repeated , so could we ignore them again until new disaster happen ?
