Pilgrims collect many good deeds and become pure from sins during Hajj season. Our Prophet peace be upon him says: 'Whoever performs Hajj and does not approach to his wife nor commits sin nor disputes unjustly, then he returns from Hajj as pure and free from sins as on the day on which his mother gave birth to him.' Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam. It is the sole pillar having a Surah named after it in the Holy Quran. Moreover, Hajj has been mentioned eleven times in the Holy Quran. Allah, Almighty, Says: 'And whosoever honours the Symbols of Allah, then it is truly from the piety of the hearts'. According to some interpreters, Hajj rituals are meant here. Hajj is the season of good deeds collectable by Muslims when they dedicate their time to Hajj. Allah, Almighty, Urges Muslims to perform Hajj rituals when they are capable thereof. He Prevents them from disputes and irrelevant deeds during Hajj. Unfortunately, there are some so-called Muslims calling for politicizing this spiritual worship to use such huge gathering of pilgrims for spreading deviant ideologies and promoting for them amongst pilgrims. However, our government and the Muslim world have had a firm stance against such deviant calls which go contrary to the orders of Allah, Almighty. Our government has stood firm to make Hajj a worship for Allah, Almighty, pure from any earthly imperfections so that pilgrims may perform their Hajj rituals conveniently, comfortably and peacefully. Those having purposes other than worshipping want to take Hajj away from its main purpose as a pure worship to serve objectives reflecting their poor ideology.
