Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has donated SR 16 million from his own account to charitable societies in the Eastern Region to supplement the support being provided to charitable societies within the Project of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz for Supporting charitable societies in all regions of the Kingdom. The charitable support was carried out in the Eastern Region through the discussion with 10 charitable societies in the region to determine their programs being provided to different segments of the society and the amount of support for each society in proportion to the number of beneficiaries. The total number of beneficiaries in the Eastern Region is 41,655 male and female beneficiaries including seven segments of orphans, people with special needs, cancer patients, Down Syndrome, young men and women to be married and needy families. The Project of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman bin Abdulaziz for Supporting charitable societies has started in all regions of the Kingdom for various societies and groups of beneficiaries since two weeks ago in Riyadh with SR 23 million meeting the requirements of (11,680) beneficiaries through (14) charitable societies, while the second station started last week in Makkah region with a donation of SR 15 million, including (14,914) beneficiaries through 10 charitable societies.
