The Secretary General Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Muammar of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID) has commended the important efforts undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to establish global alliances to combat extremism and terrorism, resulted in the establishment of the Global Center to Combat Extremism and the Center of Intellectual Warfare and Support of United Nations Programs against Terrorism. He stressed that religious leaders and institutions have great power to achieve real solutions for the sustainability of peace, tolerance, moderation and the promotion of co-existence. This came in his speech at the 30th International Religions Summit held in Kyoto, Japan during the past two days.
