A medical team at the Wadi Ad-Dawasir General Hospital has saved the life of a man with a fractured skull and severe brain hemorrhage as a result of a traffic accident. The head of the neurosurgery team, Dr. Ibrahim Abu Haniyeh, said that the medical team had decided to operate on the accident victim, in his 30s, due to the severity of injuries. The doctors succeeded in repairing the brain membranes and the skull bones, and stopping the bleeding. Dr. Abu Haniyeh said the patient has now been discharged from hospital in good health after four months of treatment.
