Upon the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to support Yemeni people, Assistant General Supervisor of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid for Financial and Administrative Affairs Dr. Salah bin Fahd Al-Mazrou inaugurated today, a convoy carrying 778 tons of food, medical and shelter supplies to all governorates of Yemen, from the permanent headquarters of the Center. Dr. Al-Mazrou explained that this convoy comes as an extension of the great keen of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, noting that the convoy includes 550 tons of dates and 152 tons of sheltering materials and 76 tons of medicines and medical supplies, will be distributed to the governorates of Yemen. King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid continued for the 22nd day distributing 569,340 breaking-fast meals in Somalia benefiting more than half a million people with an average of 18,000 meals per a day and it will continue throughout the holy month of Ramadan. This project comes to alleviate the sufferings of the Somali people due to successive droughts during the past seasons.
