The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense have sent cables of condolences to Prime Minister Theresa May of the United Kingdom following the terrorist attack that took place in London. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said in the cable: "We have received the news of the terrorist attack that took place in London which resulted in deaths and injuries. As we strongly condemn this heinous criminal act, we, on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, offer deepest condolences to Your Excellency, the families of the victims and friendly British people. We wish a speedy recovery for the injured. We stress the importance of international efforts to confront and eradicate terrorism." The Crown Prince said in the cable: "I have received with deep regret the news of the terrorist act that took place in London which resulted in many deaths and injuries.
