Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces in Jeddah. King salman and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed discussed in a meeting the bilateral relations and means to promote them, in all fields, in addition to review regional as well as international issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and a number of senior officials from saudi Arabia and UAE. Later, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and his accompanied high-level delegation left Jeddah. Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud also received a phone call from the French President Emmanuel Macron. During the conversation, the two leaders discussed bilateral relations and means to promote them, in all fields, in addition to review regional as well as international issues of common interest, in order to coordinate efforts to bring about peace and security to the region, atop of which is fighting terrorism. On the other hand, the French leader hailed the Kingdom role, in this regard, lauding the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, during the Arab-Islamic-American summit, recently held in Riyadh and concluding by underscoring significance of joint partnership to face extremism and work towards drying up the fountains of terrorism.
