The Saudi Council of Competition has decided to fine a company engaged in the import and sale of rice SR five million for violating the competition law. The Council, in a statement issued here today, said Al-Nafi Trading Holding Company had made an agreement with competitors to fix the rice commodity selling prices. The Council said the ruling has been upheld by the Administrative Court of Appeals in Riyadh.
